Firearms Records has been developed by a software engineer and cyber security professional with over 15 years' industry experience, and designed with reference to ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, UK Cyber Essentials, UK GDPR privacy-by-design principles, and OWASP guidance.
Firearms Records is not currently certified to ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, or Cyber Essentials, and has not completed a SOC 2 audit. These frameworks have informed the platform and network architecture, operations, and secure development approach.
