Self-service
Use the self-service import when your member data is already held in a spreadsheet or can be exported as a CSV file. Your club remains in control of preparing, uploading, and reviewing the records.

Database exports, multiple related datasets, and other source formats can be reviewed by the Firearms Records support team. We will inspect the structure, agree what can be mapped, and process the agreed input free of charge.
