Straightforward by design

Try it without the usual barriers

The trial is designed to help your club make an informed decision, not lock you into one. See the software, get set up, and use it for 30 days before deciding what comes next.

Do we need to provide a credit card?

No. Your club can get started without providing credit card details.

What happens when the 30-day trial ends?

Nothing is charged automatically. Before the trial ends, your club can review the available plans and decide whether it wants to continue. If you do not subscribe, there is no obligation to keep using the service.

Which features are included?

The trial includes the features and capacity of the Standard plan: up to 100 active members, 200 stored guests or visitors, five staff accounts, five membership plans, and access to bookings, membership billing, vouchers, point of sale, communications, armoury records, attendance tracking, and related club workflows.

Does the Service Level Agreement apply during the trial?

No. The 99.9% uptime guarantee and Service Credits apply only after an eligible Organisation moves to a paid plan. Free trials, free access, pilots, and preview functionality are not covered.

Will someone help us get started?

Yes. You will have direct contact with Firearms Records for a live product demonstration, a practical walkthrough, and help getting set up.

Do we need an existing website or technical expertise?

No. Your club does not need an existing website or in-house technical expertise. Firearms Records takes care of the platform, setup, and technical heavy lifting, so your team can focus on running the club.

What if something we need is missing?

Tell us. Firearms Records is continually evolving, and we take feedback from clubs, RFDs, and shooters seriously. We will work with you to understand the gap and keep the system aligned with real operational needs, so it remains a powerful tool for simplifying and accelerating your work—not a blocker.

Are we obligated to continue after 30 days?

No. There is no obligation to continue using the service after the free trial.
