We welcome enquiries about charity shoots, fundraising competitions, open events, and other genuine community-benefit activity connected with shooting clubs. Tell us what you are planning and who it is intended to support.
Does the beneficiary need to be a registered charity?
Not necessarily. We will ask about the cause, beneficiary, and event structure so we can understand the activity and consider what support may be appropriate.
What support might Firearms Records provide?
Depending on the event, support may include a platform walkthrough, workflow planning, setup guidance, configuration assistance, or a tailored commercial arrangement. The specific support available will be agreed after we understand the event.
How much notice should we give you?
Contact us as early as reasonably possible. There is no fixed minimum notice period, but more lead time gives us a better opportunity to understand the event and prepare any agreed support.
Can Firearms Records help take event payments?
Supported plans can take booking and point-of-sale payments, with Stripe processing fees applying in the usual way. Tell us how money will be collected and represented so we can discuss the appropriate workflow; Firearms Records is not a dedicated donation-processing platform.
